About This Position

React2Media is currently seeking talented individuals who have 3-5 years of Sales experience in a digital media, start-up or mobile company. As the Sales Manager for React2Media, you will be responsible for uncovering and closing new business for our in-house ad network, identifying and establishing contact with potential customers proactively through a variety of channels, including exhibitions, social networking and digital media forums

Initial Areas of Responsibility

  • Consultative selling approach, closing sales and growing new relationships with key clients
  • Ability to represent our solutions confidently and establish credibility as a subject matter expert in mobile advertising
  • Ensuring that prospective clients’ needs are understood accurately and comprehensively by the Sales team and that these are communicated consistently to internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring that React2Media’s recommendations to prospective clients are created and communicated to a high standard
  • Negotiating agreement and closing sales opportunities successfully
  • Participation in the implementation of React2Media’s advertising campaigns at a supervisory/stakeholder level to monitor successful on-time / to-budget delivery

Skills & Background

  • 3-5 years of making sales in a multi-national region, selling into advertising, digital media, mobile or start-up environments
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly/annual sales targets
  • Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed and entrepreneurial environment
  • US/EMEA, including regular travel to visit prospective clients
  • Able to communicate customized solutions to complex technical issues in relation to the achievement of marketing goals, with highly effective verbal and written presentation skills
