Job Description:

The Director of Business Development is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities involved in the Business Development department for React2Media. This includes all R2M products: RegReact / RAP (Reaction Ad Platform) / and the React2Media ad network. This position will report to the owners of the company and work closely with the Publisher/Affiliate team to ensure success for both the publisher and advertiser.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all day to day activities of the R2M Business Development Team.

• Maintain a high-level of communication with publishers, recommend new campaigns for publishers and provide performance feedback to advertiser and optimization teams.

• Recruit new employees to the team.

• Monitor publisher activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase publisher generated revenues

• Proactively monitor traffic sources on all campaigns

• Recruit new publishers through research, referrals and other avenues

• Set and manage monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue growth

• Manage top tier accounts and develop publisher contact management strategy

Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or business

• 3+ years internet advertising and online media buying experience on a CPM, CPC and CPA basis with core responsibility for managing affiliate/partner relationships

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office

• Self-starter and work well within a team environment

• Strong recruitment and negotiation skills

• Ability to effectively manage and build client relationships

• Strong aptitude with MS Office products including Excel and Power Point

Position Title: Senior Account Executive 

Location: New York, NY



Position Reports to: Vice President of Sales


Position Purpose: This position will be responsible for selling React2Media suite of products to Direct Clients and Advertising Agencies. 

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive who posses strong Agency relationships to help continue our rapid growth. 


Requirements: 


Aggressively prospect and manage Agency and Direct Advertiser relationships from initial prospecting, contract negotiation, campaign completion as well as order renewals. 

• Prospect and generate new relationships with Direct Advertisers and Agencies with a primary focus in CPA, Co-Registration and CPM/CPC Display Advertising

• Proven track record in achieving/exceeding advertising sales goals and plans

• 2-4 years of Online Ad Sales Experience with a major network or Online Advertising Agency

• Must have Advertising Agency contacts

• Must have demonstrable expertise in prospecting, inside and outside sales, closing deals and maintaining multiple client accounts from prospecting stage through campaign renewal

• Must be aggressive and self motivated, organized and entrepreneurial by nature

• Solid PC skills including MS Office Suite of products preferred. 

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Must understand media math and online advertising campaign analytics 

• B.S. or B.A degree required; Advanced degree or MBA preferred

• Manage all non-technical aspects of client campaigns and relationships

Compensation: 

Aggressive base salary, uncapped commission plan, company bonus, matching 401K and full company paid health benefits.
